Do Womens Feet In Nylon Smell?

not save yourself, do not give up, which springs back and everything is science gaps

This morning dawned cloudy Barcelona. This spring skulks and plays to be hot and icy. Misleads us with its changes and it has not become capricious, is that spring is one of the four seasons of temperate zones, the transition between winter and summer. And that leads him to be fickle, unpredictable and heterogeneous. The term comes from spring premium (first) and see (green). It is the first green of the year, the return of yellow and the success of purples, reds, purples and warm. It is an explosion of color.

Astronomically, it begins with the vernal equinox, between 20 and 21 March in the northern hemisphere, and between 22 and 23 September in the southern hemisphere. Spring off with the summer solstice, around June 21 in the northern hemisphere and 21 December in the southern hemisphere. So today, May 23, we've been a little over 2 months of spring and we just need a month for the summer.

changing this spring reminds me of those summers of yesteryear. Global warming and my own perceptions I had moved away from the idea of \u200b\u200bspring as months with time ... But here she is, the spring of 2009 was rainy and unpredictable. And this lack of predictability, or vice versa, that follow the standard than it was spring, I have to remember 1999. I think it was then ... yes ... when Alejandro Perez, "fisiquito , our professor of Physics at Instituto Salvador Vilaseca de Reus, recited a poem by Mario Benedetti Herminia Leon Ray, our professor of mathematics at the day of his retirement. That day I first heard these lines:

not save yourself Do not stand still
roadside
not freeze the joy

not want
reluctantly
not save yourself now or ever

not save yourself calm will not fill the world

book not only a quiet corner
do not drop heavy eyelids as judgments

not stay without lips
do not sleep without dreams do not think
bloodless
not judge yourself without time

but nevertheless can not help

and freeze the joy
and want and I reluctantly

now saved and you are filled with quiet

reserves in the world and only a quiet corner and you drop

eyelids heavy as judgments
and you wipe no lips
and go to sleep without sleep
and I think no blood and you judge

timeless and stay motionless on the roadside

and you save yourself then do not stay with me
. Mario Benedetti

Today, I will propose another beauty of Benedetti. More poetry for new springs ... Because the rhymes are mathematical because feelings are chemical ...

not give up

not give up, there's still time
of reach and start over, OK
your shadows,
Bury your fears, Free
ballast,
Resume flight.

not give up that life is that,
continue the journey,
Pursue your dreams, Unlock
time
Running the rubble,
and uncover the sky.

Although the cold burn, bite
Although fear,
Although the sun goes down, shut
And the wind
There is still fire in your soul
There is still life in your dreams.

Because life is yours and yours also the desire
Because you wanted to and because I love
Because there is wine and love, is true.
Because there is no cure wounds that time.

Open the doors,
Remove the bolts,
Leaving the walls to protect you,
live life and accept the challenge,
Lost laughter,
Rehearsing a song,
guard down and extend the hands
Display
wings And try again,
Celebrate life and return to heaven.

not give up, please do not give in,
Although the cold burn, bite
Although fear,
Although the sun goes down and shut the wind
There's still fire in your soul,
There is still life in your dreams
Because every day is a new start
Because this is the time and the best time.
Because you're not alone, because I love you. Mario Benedetti

I wanted to share these words because the Science and Outreach also will not give up on , on the challenge , on live a dream ... In fact, if you make science a part of your life and life is the study of science ... All that is life and everything is science is science is life.

I pay tribute to all those wonderful teachers I had in high school and helped me become who I am and not save , to not give . Thanks to Herman Ray, Marisol Perez, Pep Domènech, Alejandro Perez and many others, with his teachings of mathematics, philosophy, science and life helped me to become a mandarin. Thanks also everyone else on the road have encouraged me to bury my fears , continue the journey and retrieve laughter. Thanks and encouragement to all those who like spring can not always understand the changes.

Is There Any Free Films Of Women In Girdles

Last week I attended the Meeting of Young Researchers in Paleontology ( EJIP ) in Torres Vedras. It was a different experience than I usually live in my day to day ... With the vision of being a mole in a world of geologists and biologists in the study of geological strata and the life of the past, I traveled the most beautiful Portuguese coast.

In Geology layer is called each of the layers in which sediments are divided. In school often get funny everyday examples to illustrate sedimentation and thus give some kind of explanation to those layers. Sure you have heard several comparisons: the chair in your room and mountains of dirty clothes pile up there with a cup that we put in layers of sugar, coffee powder ... etc. I imagine that these analogies are not entirely misguided ... Guess not.

rummaging through our mountain of laundry we know what pants we put shirts on Tuesday or what we had on Thursday ... Likewise, the presence of sedimentary rocks helps us understand the landscape of the past. But there is something even more amazing writing on the rocks ... Provide clues not only silicon, carbon or iron ... The vacuum has a lot to tell. In fact, Nuno, the teacher told us our first excursion: "Strata is an empty sequence interrupted by sedimentary material."

It's incredible! We spend our lives trying to fill and saturate ... when the greatest mystery, charm more sublime, it is the vacuum. For training, my mind has always felt more comfortable in environments holes. If we think of atoms, for example, the nucleus of an atom is about 100,000 times smaller than the atom itself. So just be a bunch of empty. Last Saturday, thanks to a group of young paleontologists, I rediscovered the importance of nowhere. Being i are not being around for knowledge.

Sunday also witnessed another initiative of great expectations. We made a geological tour in Lisbon. It seemed like a great idea and a very wise madness. And, does anyone would have thought that a professor would get several dozen people look the pavement the floor of his city, with high attention for more than twenty minutes?

said than done! The paving of Lisbon is made of different rock types: limestone, magma ... Even we could see their reactions to the acid and ease or resistance to being cut.

And if you look at the ground were not entertaining enough, we managed to find many fossils embedded in rocks that built the buildings so beautiful city.

You know it, do not mask the science, not to be found in strange places ... If dance is physical and paleontology in Lisbon, could it be that science is part of our lives?

Once back in my beloved city and county libraries walking looking for something interesting to read, I found a title, a minimum, caught my attention: How fossilize your hamster and other amazing experiments for armchair scientists . As of now, my travel schedule makes a break, I could not let the opportunity to read the book sitting in an armchair, chair or couch. The truth is that I have wanted to implement some of the proposals in a single tone, Mick O'Hare described in this book. Who does not want to fry an egg and leave it green? o Who would not want to weigh your head?!

Of course, those like me, optéis to fill your homes domestic experiments, remember that to fossilize your hamster need that the poor animal dies of natural causes (not trying to do an extermination of hamsters) and a range of environmental conditions . Surely, we can not see the result, and that fossils take tens of thousands of years to form, but will work with future paleontologists ...

As Sinister sang, " Smile when you go to fossilize, do not think after you've had a bad ." Well that, and embarrassed not to stay alive one more season, the vacuum still has much to teach us.

Pinacle Drivers 4.9.4

Learning Science Contagious! Cocktails

INFECTIOUS
STAY AWAY

17:04:09 to 5:07:09 p.m. This is the title of the new scientific exhibition Science Gallery, an initiative Trinity College, Dublin, Ire land. A space only where science is combined with games, music, painting, design, experimentation, gymkhana, entertainment, shopping, kisses and culture. It seems incredible that so few square meters den to be filled with so much imagination.

The past weekend I had the opportunity to visit this new proposal that will last just three months. And the Science Gallery is organized precisely as in its name indicates, as a scientific gallery. Inside the exhibits are constantly renewed. This will get a recreational comparable to going to the theater, cinema or art gallery.

Since the opening of this latest exhibition, on 17 April, more than 600
0 people have been exposed to infection of science and culture. Visitors were able to explore the mechanisms that cause the spread or the methods used by the pollution. The exhibition will present in parallel the viral, bacterial or health in general, and technological computer infections. The entire building is contaminated clothes and even center entry is through a tunnel insulation. My friend Liz pedirno nearly s that did not enter into believing that the place was really infected ... Once inside, each person receives a small chip which in principle is not contaminated, but that may be contaminated by electromagnetic waves. The game was served!

The next proposal was to give a kiss to a petri dish to learn about the bacteria that populate our acts of love ... All those kisses they accumulate in the walls of the exhibition. Before proceeding

visiting scientific and artistic proposals, we found a small shop where we could buy things as peculiar as cuddly viral. We climbed the stairs and we faced with the possibility of getting bits of our DNA extract for a study on genetic resistance to disease
ages as malaria. Asked us to get water and we enjuagáramos ingiriéramos mouth to show some of our cells epithallial. Water and cells returned to a test tube. We add salt water, some detergent and then very cold alcohol. Finally, we see little threads fine white ... It was our DNA!

(If you like playing similar experiments you can see in many science blogs such as:
And many more ...)

Surely these point, our chip was already infected! We could see a bit later thanks to a screen showing the evolution of an epidemic. Fortunately, the disinfection zone returned the health of our chip!

A biological-computer installation-art We showed how the movement of the Daphnia, the "water fleas" was related to the purity of it. A camera recorded the movement of these tiny creatures to create because of this computer music. Daphnids could hear the sounds created by his movement ... And who knows, perhaps, were inspired by him ... Who himself was inspired by the music group that was improvised from these strange notes. There was also a place for design. A dress created with pages and cover of a book of infections crowned one of the rooms. Two Danish artists had painted some beautiful pictures that brooded infection ...

And the children, who amused themselves by infecting other electronic chips, also played to build software of dubious intent ...

was an entire afternoon! Fun, scientific, challenging, exciting, awesome ... And all this was science, technology and art. Something a little tired we
H 2 O and C 8 H 10 N 4 O 2.

But do not believe that with this we had finished the day ... At night, we were called before Stag's Head, a traditional Dublin pub. There were various calls and not all receive the same information. Some had an A hand written, others an O. .. The invitation was accompanied by a request to notify friends or acquaintances and give them instructions. Thus, we see that "epidemic", the A or O had become more widespread. Once we gathered words, phrases and poems with the letters of our initials. Finally, we provide with pints of beer. The trip was worth it!

All this I tell you ... I wanted to share it, I wanted to scream! And it is a pity that in my town does not have a center like this, nor science is alive in this way. I give applause to Michael John Gorman, the director of the Science Gallery, for being so brave and creative! And I encourage everyone to make a visit to the Irish capital will no longer lose enthusiasm INFECTION!

But for those who can not go ... Here's the video of the opening ... Enjoy it!
